Overall good working condition, complete with motion spinner. The bottom of the plastic shade has shrunk from age and the cardboard trim has shifted a bit as shown. It is difficult to get it placed just right to allow the spinner to move freely, however there is just enough room inside for the spinner to move freely.
Very cool motion effects; wheels do appear to be rolling as the road and background whiz by. Stands 11" tall, 8" wide.
